Realizada tendo como base a edição mais recente da Poesia Completa de Natália Correia (Dom Quixote, 1999), esta antologia destina-se sobretudo à divulgação do principal da sua obra poética. O critério posto em jogo para seleccionar os poemas pretendeu obedecer a um equilíbrio (naturalmente sempre instável) entre o gosto pessoal do organizador e a representatividade dos diversos períodos da sua escrita. Este é, sem dúvida, um livro que poderá facultar aos leitores do século XXI uma visão de conjunto da grande poetisa Natália Correia.
